Everything has been done in a relaxed way - no hurrying all done very quietly. The nurse was so easy to talk to and she explained everything gently to put me at ease.

The experience helped me considerably, the staff were excellent and very kind. The Rocroft experience represents how service in this country should be provided. Thank you for looking after me so well - I hope my life expectancy continues.

How can you improve on perfection from every volunteer, members of staff came respect, compassion, sensetivity, a pride in the job. You could not buy this level of service anywhere because you could not put a price on it. A truly uplifting experience.
